Matt is a third-generation carpenter who grew up in a carpentry and construction business in Naples, Florida. Over a 30+ year career across Florida and Tennessee, his work has ranged from high end custom homes and commercial projects to the remodels, repairs, and finish details that make a house feel right. He brings that same care to every job: careful planning, clean lines, solid structure, and work done the right way.
Kate brings organization, steadiness, and clear communication to the process. A U.S. veteran and Ohio State graduate, she helps keep schedules, details, and expectations on track, so you know what's happening, what's next, and what to expect.
After more than 15 years of remodeling homes together, Matt and Kate built FlynnWorx around a simple idea: experienced craftsmanship should still feel personal, practical, and easy to work with.
